As someone who has spent over 16 years in leadership roles within account management and operations, I've come to appreciate the importance of aligning strategy, team development, and process efficiency to achieve sustainable success. Whether managing a $2 million book of business, overseeing a team of 20+ people, or spearheading recruiting efforts, I've always been driven by a desire to see teams work smarter and more collaboratively to meet both company and client goals.

In my experience, one of the greatest challenges in operations is balancing resources with client expectations—ensuring that while we push for efficiency, we never lose sight of quality and customer satisfaction. That’s where operational strategy comes into play. It’s about identifying the right areas to focus on for growth, building a team that can execute, and continually refining processes to ensure we are working as efficiently as possible.
