For all lovers,I will show you how to make me work well and how to keep me away from harm.

• OPERATION: Place the strip in the feed tray, penetrate the strip leading board. And then put the up front with scissors cutting two sides, and the amplitude is one-third each angle. Then put down the positive side of the material and make it go through the front leader board, Z-round, then the guide plate. After being pressed by pinch roller, make it going through the long guide, pressure knife and side pressure buckle knife. Circle the center Hose, making it the twill spiral Hose. During the process of circling the center wheel, there are process of up pressure wheel, down pressure wheel, left& right knives, guide roll and platen arc squeeze the outside buckle.

• MAINTENANCE:

1. When the device is in empty carriage, filling the center wheel (the filling hole is in the upper right side of the disc jacket roots) and small pressure roller element bearing with one or two drop machine oil No.32 every time, making the device operate in lubrication conditions.

2. During the operation, the new machines should be added once every two hours. After one week, added once every four hours, one to two drops every time.

3. Gears, sprockets should be added grease twice every month.
