Operating System vs File System

When you buy a computer and it has no operating system still It already has required software that is called firmware. Like you press a button on a computer and the disk opens-up without any operating system. That happens via firmware. Then you insert an OS boot file your computer recognizes is an OS boot file. Who does that? It is firmware.?

File System is an integral part of the Operating system. When you install any operating system ( MAC, Linux, Windows etc. ) you will get a file system installed on it. File system helps you to create, save files. These files are stored in the physical hard disk of your computer. File system is also called Storage system. All software applications and their application-specific files are stored in the File Systems only. Database files are also stored in the file system. File system writes the file in a physical hard disk in its raw format only.?
