We need non technical background profiles mostly into Business Project, transformations or operations, end to end project management in Regulatory process, SCM, Finance (example).

Also check for Agile SAFE, scrum, release experience and excellent communication skills + willing to work in different shifts.

 

 

Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Location: Hyderabad

Max MRP: 29 LPA

 

 

Project Management: Covers jobs responsible for the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements on time, within budget, and within program or project guidelines and scope.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead or participate in larger efforts to independently manage sub-program components of moderate complexity within change management and contribute to project plans and budgets, work with users to understand complex problems and bring issues to resolution in accordance with change management timelines

Review and analyze moderately complex business organizational systems and navigation to anticipate change impacts while ensuring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement strategies

Analyze or resolve resource requirements, project dependencies, planning or progression, financials management, status reporting, effective communications, ongoing risk adaptation, appropriate escalation strategies and implementation while leading team to meet change management deliverables and leveraging solid understanding of policy, methodology and artifact creation

Collaborate and consult with project coordinators, business partners, project staff, stakeholders, and project leads in times of highly unusual or complex ambiguity and achieve project goals and established timelines in coordination with more experienced management

Execute matrix managing other project managers and project coordinators for projects


Required Qualifications, International:

10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation

Knowledge on PM tools (Clarity or MSP), SharePoint, Estimation techniques etc.,


Desired Qualifications:

Consults with business partners to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work.

Develops and revises complex project plans and budgets, works with users to understand complex problems and focuses on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.

Creates and delivers presentations to senior management on project goals and plans, including progress reports; may be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors.

Responsible for end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end.

Performs project risk analysis, develops, and implements program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics.

May manage a program or a series of projects associated with a specific business function.

Leads project staff, including training and providing input to performance evaluations, may directly or matrix manage 1 or 2 project staff team members.


Job Expectations:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills; strong understanding of core enterprise functions and capabilities

Experience with Industry standard Project Management methodologies, frameworks(e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or SDLC), and processes

Knowledge of PM tools (Clarity or MSP), SharePoint, Estimation techniques is desirable

Experience working on mid-scale organizational change initiatives while working closely with senior leaders across the enterprise

Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels

Leads by example with high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills as well as having comfort with ambiguity and an orientation towards change

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strategic business focus and vision as well as process orientation and enforcement

Candidates must be willing to work in night shift.
