The technician is in charge of assembling, testing and installing special machines (ergonomic manipulators and screwing tools) in a constant concern for continuous improvement of quality/cost/lead time indicators.

Main responsibilities:

• Assemble, adjust, test the following equipment 2D and 3D plans in mechanical, pneumatic and electrical safely
• Organize installations independently (prevention plans, rental of resources, etc.)
• Depending on the load, manage external resources
• Depending on workload, assist with equipment procurement
• As a team: participate in costing reviews / give feedback to designers

Performance Indicators:

• Assembly time as planned
• Number of non-conformities resulting from assembly
• Number of non-conformities resulting from the installation

?

Minimum:

• Bac Pro Electrotechnics or Maintenance / BTS Electrotechnics or Maintenance / equivalents
• 3 years experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of tools and rules of the art in terms of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical assembly
• Competence in installation of special machines
• Practice of English (oral / written)
• Mastery of the Office pack

• ?Regular trips are to be expected in Europe (30% of the time)
