Job Brief:

We are looking for senior individual contributors with subject matter expertise in Windchill functionalities and CAD Applications

?

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide PLM functional support for Engineering and others disciplines:

• Lead Windchill Migration projects from Engineering side (non-IT) as functional consultant for Europian sites and Lead a small team involved in CAD data cleaning for migration
• Provide day to day expert support to engineering teams which requires high level of expertise in CAD and PLM systems such as, resolving workflow issues (Business rule errors), CAD related issues, CAD rename requests, rerouting tasks, reassigning tasks and reports, CREO, Inventor and WGM.
• Conduct PLM and CAD trainings for new users and supplemental training for any software enhancements for existing users;
• Work with global peers in process analysis simplification, testing of new processes(UAT), actively contribute in global CAD/PLM technical committees, and review boards.
• Manage Sharepoint sites (Access control, libraries, folders, lists)

Essential Skills:?

• 3 years experience in Windchill and Creo, Change Management
• 3 years experience in Windchill/WGM with Inventor
• 2 years experience on SAP
• Excellent communication and project management skills

?

Desired Skills:

• Experience in improving engineering and PLM productivity improvement.
• Knowledge of CAD Automation
• Certification of Project Management by reputed institutes
• Effective communication
• Experience in working with global peers and stakeholders in different time zones

?

Education and Qualifications:

• Degree / PG of Engineering in Mechanical or related branches
• Total 5-7 years?of experience in managing PLM, CAD
