Job Description -

Generate Sales revenue for the company’s with the help of assigned Real estate Consultant within defined geographic area and also explore unchartered territories for business development thereby Ensuring consistent sales revenues through planning, deployment, training and management of assigned Real estate Consultant and other non-conventional sources.

? Job Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether Channels Partners,IPCs and ACPs or B2B

? Well equipped with technical/marketing skills and company product knowledge i.e. complete brief about all the products and services offered by Panchshil, construction update at all the sites, updated availability for all the projects etc.

? Develop a plan in conjunction with the sales target and prepare weekly activity chart to meet agreed sales department targets as well as company objectives.

? To generate fresh Walk-Ins for all the sites as per Business Plan through various joint activities with RECs

? To forecasts Walk-ins Weekly & Monthly for all the sites in line with the Sales Targets

? We should meet all the assigned CP’s at least once in a month

? On an average minimum 5 RECs in a day to cover all the assigned CP’S along with the client meetings

? To conduct market research on monthly basis in order to identify new launches, market requirements for current and future products

? Classify Assigned CP’s basis Previous Closure, Walk-ins, CP’s Background and past interaction, Identify REC who can be productive for Hi-end projects and who can be effective contributor for BAU projects

? SM should find out potential CPs basis on the location, clientele and focus more by personal meetings on those RECs and should coordinate over the phone/ e-mail with the RECs who are continuously giving business

? Build rapport with all the active and premium CP’s by doing joint activities and organizing meetings with their premium clients

? To develop and implement a plan to push product, working with other verticals of sales i.e. closing team, leasing team, product and post sale

? Identify Alternative Channels and explore new sourcing initiatives like Wealth Management Firms, NBFC, CA’s etc. to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

? Monthly Performance Discussion in line with KRA & KPI assigned.

? Continue to register new REC in assigned geographic area basis the merit of the REC to maximize the Sales opportunity

? Monitor and Review assigned REC’s performance for walk-in and closure and accordingly tune the effort and build the sales strategy and support program which will enable REC to perform better

? Greet REC on his Important Days by sending bouquet etc (Birthday’s, Anniversary etc)

? Accompany all clients and REC to site and introduce to respective Closing SM.

? Follow up with closing SM Regularly to check the current status of a client and pass the same to REC and involve him also for smooth closing extending all possible support to closing SM.

Salary Range : 10-12 Lakh
