Purpose:?Providing engineering support to Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects and associated engineering activities for Ingersoll Rand products. The main responsibilities involve understanding the project scope and preparing technical documentation (such as Engineering Data Sheets, Electrical equipment datasheets, Instrument datasheets, Network drawings, Layout of Instrument & Control Panels, Packing, marking, preservation & handling procedures, Erection & installation procedures, Calibration & test reports, Wiring schematics, Utility flow diagrams, Bill of Materials, and so on) as required, primarily focusing on compressors, dryers, filters, other air flow products, and ancillaries. Preparation of Plant layout Drawings, General Assembly Drawings (GAD), and P&ID using AutoCAD or equivalent 2D tools is another important responsibility.

Industry Experience:?Experience in managing large-scale engineering projects covering mechanical and electrical requirements for the European and American regions.

Essential Skills:

• Strong project management skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in effectively managing projects involving multiple functions and end customers.
• 1+ year of experience in preparing Mechanical and Electrical technical documentation is required for this role.
• 1+ year of experience in interpreting Scope of Work from customers and creating detailed project planning activities.

Desired Skills (Good to have):

• Experience in industries related to compressors, blowers, fans, pumps, turbines, generators, gearboxes, oil & gas, machine building, or any industries involving large rotating equipment.
• Experience in structural, skid, and part design.
• Multitasking, along with communication with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients.
• Experience in CAD modeling software (Creo Parametric/NX/Inventor/AutoCAD) and PLM tools (Windchill/SAP/Vault).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Qualification and Experience:

• Qualification: Diploma or BE – Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputed institute.
• 2 to 8 years of overall experience.
