Company Orea Distribution Ltd. (Local distributor of Wow Skin Science in Bangladesh. Wow is one of the fastest growing FMCG brands in the world in recent times and is launching in Bangladesh soon.) is currently inviting application for the following position to fulfill its immediate requirements.

Job Responsibilities

? Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

? Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.

? Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in dealers and retailers.

? Negotiate and close agreements with dealers.

? Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.

? Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

? Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

? Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customers’ needs.

? Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

? Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

? Proven work experience as a sales manager.

? Experience managing a high-performance sales team.

? Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

? An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.

? Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.

? Strong communication and team management skills.

? Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.

? Availability to travel as needed.

? Experience in Personal Care industry will be given preference

Educational Requirements

? Bachelors or equivalent degree in relevant subject.

Employment Nature:

? Full-time

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary: Up to 60,000/=
