Our client is a Series B company backed by Google Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners - building a streaming data platform for developers. They are evolving streaming beyond the Apache Kafka? protocol into a unified “engine of record” that delivers a categorical reduction in complexity, incredibly-fast performance, onboard Wasm transforms, and transparent tiered storage that gives consumers access to both real-time and historical data from a single API.

Role #1 // Solutions Eng // Remote

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of pre sales experience
  • Comfortable developing/prototyping solutions in many different languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, and Javascript)
  • proficiency with Kubernetes; knowledge of AWS, GCP etc.
  • Flexibility to travel to meet customers, attend events & conferences, go wherever the work takes you

Base/OTE: 140-190k / 225-275k



Company II // Series C

Security Automation / SOAR Platform

Our client is a rapidly growing Security Automation / SOAR platform company. They are Series C funded, having raised north of $150M in financing. The company’s mission is to prevent cybersecurity breaches and enable compliance via a low-code platform that serves as the system of record for the entire security organization. This is a team of exceptionally driven innovators, who value collaboration and moving at the speed of light. Their CEO once said to us: "I want people who can run through walls and we'll pick up the pieces." The staff currently spans 28 states and 16 countries!

Role #1 // Sales Director // SoCal/Midwest/Great Lakes

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 10 years of success in sales of information security services
  • proven track record of accomplishment with enterprise executives
  • Extensive contacts in information security, VAR & SI
  • Ease presenting technical information to a variety of audiences

Base/OTE: 150k / 300k


Role #2 // Sales Eng // Minneapolis/Denver/Boston

Ideal Qualifications:

  • college degree or equivalent experience in CS, IT, Engineering, Experience coding in Python
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering at a security vendor
  • background in Security Ops Center (SOC) and Incident Response (IR) processes and procedures
  • strong understanding of modern cyber security

Base/OTE: 175k / 275k

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 3+ years success in SMB and mid-market sales

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft and ZoomInfo preferred

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in mid-market/enterprise sales
  • track record of success selling into multiple DMs and stages
  • You follow a sales process and methodology (Solutions selling, Challenger, etc.)
  • Bonus: have sold into supply chain or the light industrial space

Base/OTE: 80k / 160k+
