Now hiring: Sales Executives

As ButterflyMX grows, so does our need to hire outcome-driven Sales Executives who are hungry for results.?

Here’s what you can expect in a ButterflyMX sales executive role:?

  • Developing and building out your territory. You'll do this by consistently researching, prospecting, and developing new business through personal outreach.?
  • Closing deals within our 1-3 month sales cycles, while communicating accurate pipeline forecasting with your sales team.?
  • Spending your first 90 days calling and emailing targeted prospects to build up a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.?
  • Providing product demos via Zoom where you listen to the prospect’s needs, identify potential solutions, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.?

What it takes to be a ButterflyMX sales executive

Are you a go-getter with at least three years of remote product sales experience? Are you results driven and focused on outcomes? Do you have great storytelling skills and exceptional attention to detail?

If so, you may be the type of person who will succeed as a sales executive at ButterflyMX.


Qualifications of the ideal ButterflyMX sales executive candidate:

  • Between 3-8 years of experience with remote product sales. This includes experience with SaaS, B2B, cloud-based services, and more.?
  • An assertive cold-caller unafraid of reaching out to prospects.
  • An enthusiastic collaborator who is ready to take on a task themselves if need be.?
  • A willingness to learn about all of the people involved with ButterflyMX — from our designers and installers to the clients who use our products.?
  • Having a college degree certainly won’t hurt your chances, but no degree is required to be a sales executive.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a bonus.
