Lead-gen Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team! In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive brand awareness and promote our broadband/Satellite Internet services to residential customers across the US. You will work collaboratively with various departments, including Sales, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy that achieves our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify ideal customer profiles and develop targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to maximize reach and conversion rates.
  • Analyze website traffic data and marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

Content Marketing:

  • Develop engaging content (blog posts, social media content, email marketing campaigns, etc.) to educate consumers about broadband services/ satellite internet and highlight our offerings.
  • Research and identify relevant industry trends and customer needs to inform content creation.
  • Manage and maintain our company blog and social media channels, creating a consistent brand voice and engaging with our audience.

Brand Management:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining brand identity through marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Monitor brand reputation online and address any customer concerns promptly.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates).
  • Generate reports and present data insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing analytics tools and technologies.

Other Duties:

  • Stay informed about current trends in the broadband/Satellite Internet industry.
  • Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed, such as event planning or market research.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Lead generation knowledge
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing platforms)
  • Experience with content creation (writing, graphic design) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Communication and Sales Support: Manage inbound calls and inquiries, taking detailed messages and ensuring timely follow-up. Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.

Qualifications:

Administrative Assistant
