PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Produces machine parts by setting up and operating a Computer Numeral Control Mill (CNC) machine. Programming is a plus but not required. Maintains quality and safety standards. Keeps records and maintains equipment and supplies. 

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

·      Ability to read work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and material specifications

·      Verifies settings by measuring positions, first r-run part, and sample workpieces

·      Ability to pass Krengel’s Tool & Die Test

·      Ability to work independently

·      Enjoys working with hands

·      Takes pride in work

·      Manages time well 

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

2+ years of experience is ideal for this position

Trade School or certification in this field

Education: High School or Trade School certified 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
