3. AWS support engineer

responsible for supporting the end to end maintenance of AWS platform that is used to host and run execution of Machine learning modules for customer delivery. The role mainly focuses on ensuring daily operation using AWS platform including troubleshooting.

Key job responsibilities

·        AWS platform system maintenance i.e. connectivity check, vulnerability check, system health check, other abnormality check – identify root cause of issues, troubleshoot, and ensure issue recovery

·        AWS platform operation handling i.e. confirm data sync with external AWS entity, confirm ML modules’ operation normality

·        Report overall AWS system/operation status to project members
