OPEN MARKET EXPANSION AT LIVINGROOM

There is a welcome buzz around the Open Market at the moment, not least with the new States of Guernsey incentive for new residents who can take advantage of a lower tax cap of ￡50,000 per annum, for a maximum of four years if buying a home of ￡1.5m or more.

In 2017, we launched the first issue of the Livingroom Open Market printed review and rolled out video and in-house drone usage for our Open Market vendors - just to add that extra special element to selling some of Guernsey's finest homes. Look out for some bespoke UK and international marketing for 2018 starting with a selection of luxury magazines and prominent broadsheet papers. To be crowned International winners in the International Property Awards has seen both Livingroom and Guernsey put firmly on the map with increased international web traffic and phone calls from new applicants.
