An open letter to those who are working...

Your workplace should not be a battlefield where everyone competes. It should be an avenue to foster teamwork. Make an initiative.
There will always be someone better than you, and that is okay.
Listen to your body. You are not a robot. Learn when to stop and rest.
Do not hurry your promotion. It will be given to you at the perfect moment, at times, when you least expect it.
When you do not get the promotion at the moment, remember, something good is not given to you because something better is coming.
When you feel like giving up, ask yourself the basic reason why you even started.
Things won't always go your way. Be mature enough to accept it.
You will inevitably make a mistake. Take it as a learning experience.
You will experience unfair situations, but still, be grateful that you have a gift of work.
There will be times that you will feel your best is not good enough. Be reminded that you can only do so much in a day.
Your job is important. So are your family, friends, hobbies and pets. Work-life balance is the key.
Your principles and core values will be tested at times. Be still and know who you really are.
Someone somewhere in your office may be inspired by your work ethics. Keep up the good work.
At the end of the day, be thankful that you have work - a decent work.
