Open Letter to pastors and church leaders:

This decade has already seen significant intensification of tribulations especially for believers.

As a pastor you are all too familiar with the problem of dropout believers.

A dropout believer is one who has willfully disconnected from any meaningful relationship to the local church – the Body of Christ. Up from 56% in 2016 , 2024 estimates are 70-75% of those who profess Christianity are currently dropouts! Dropouts will not be able to remain steadfast in faith as pressures in society increase dramatically.

Some dropouts come to your church as visitors or occasional attendees. But even with a visitor follow up process many do not get assimilated and reconnected.

However, most dropout believers haven’t yet made it to your church for the first time – and don’t plan to!

The issue is a spiritual one. It wont be solved by traditional “evangelism”.
