9.????? The 6th Pillar of DIVINE ORDER is the CHURCH and MINISTRY. The Call to Ministry is a Call to LEADERSHIP and GOVERNANCE! The Clergy have a role to play in LEADERSHIP and GOVERNANCE of the State. So the State can NEVER be SEPARATED from CHURCH and MINISTRY!

10.????????????????? The 7th Pillar of DIVINE ORDER is GOVERNANCE: Which is Tripartite in Nature and Scope. Just as the Godhead is TRINITY, so is Governance: LEGISLATURE Arm, EXECUTIVE Arm, and JUDICIARY Arm of Governance. The CHURCH and MINISTRY are to help COUPLES, HOMES, FAMILIES, SOCIETIES, NATIONS, and KINGDOMS of the World,? Raise GODLY SEEDS for LEADERSHIP and GOVERNANCE in all Sectors of the Economy. When Ministry and Church fail, Governance will also fail!

The LEGISLATURE plays a crucial role: (A) To put in place STANDING ORDERS for GOVERNANCE of Parliament (B) To put in checks for the excesses of the EXECUTIVE Arm (C) Pass Laws and Legislative Instruments for Good Governance (D) Exercise Oversight Responsibility over the Executive Arm (E) Introduce as and when NECESSARY, LAWS and LEGISLATIVE INSTRUMENTS, for the WELL-BEING and BETTERMENT of POSTERITY!

12.????????????????? Appointments of 50% of Parliamentarians to the Executive Arm is detrimental to Good Governance! This demands a CONSTITUTIONAL Review immediately.

13.????????????????? LOYALTY shifts when appointments of Parliamentarians are made to the Executive Arm: A Recipe for Disaster!

14.????????????????? Parliament must BUILD CAPACITY of a SELECT COMMITTEE which in Consultation with Civil Society Organisations and the Council of State, will take over? ALL APPOINTMENTS to INDEPENDENT STATE INSTITUTIONS based on MERIT; Independent State Institutions must be Strengthened and Empowered by Parliament through Laws and Legislative Instruments

?15.????????????????? The Executive Arm of Governance must have no interference with Independent State Institutions.

16.????????????????? The Office of Attorney General must be decoupled from Ministry of Justice

?17.????????????????? APPOINTMENTS to the Supreme Court must be made by a Parliamentary Select committee in consultation with Civil Society Organisations and the Council of State.

18.????????????????? The Electoral Commission must be truly Independent and bereft of Executive Interference

19.????????????????? The Executive Arm must not be allowed to APPOINT 50% of Parliamentarians to the Executive Arm; This has caused a Switch of Loyalty over the years! The ideal situation is not to allow the Executive Arm to appoint Parliamentarians to the Executive Arm.

20.????????????????? Presidential POWERS and the Exercise of DISCRETION must be reviewed. The President cannot APPOINT to Independent INSTITUTIONS. DISCRETIONARY POWERS must be SUBJECT to Parliamentary Approval.

21. The Executive Arm has no BUSINESS with SOLE SOURCING; The Public Procurement Agency must be empowered by Law and Legislative Instruments to WORK in consultation with Architects, Engineers, Planners, Surveyors, Technocrats, Researchers, and Other Practitioners to offload the burden of Sole Sourcing and get VALUE for MONEY.

22.????????????????? No more Cronyism, Nepotism, Favouritism, Old Boyism, Sale of State Lands, State-Capture of ASSETS and MINERAL RESOURCES.
