An Open Letter to THAT Human Resources Director...

An Open Letter to THAT Human Resources Director...

This is a REAL letter I sent to the HR Director's CNO, and then CEO.

To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Krista Whiting, and I wanted to tell you about a recent experience I had with your Human Resources Director. NEVER in my career have I come across someone like this in my life. If this person is ANY indication of how the rest of your organization is run...

..then I will send talented people your way every time. Your Human Resources Director has got to be one of the most efficient, considerate, and communicative persons I have ever collaborated with in my recruiting career. When we first engaged, she took the time to tell me all of the internal workings of the department, the culture of the hospital, and the kind of people that will work well with the team. She was elaborate in her details, and passionate about how much she LOVES working there.

I was set up for success in what I needed to find the candidates for the roles I was given. From candidate submittal to conversation, the timing was QUICK, and she was always transparent with what she enjoyed about the candidate and what might have been lacking. Her honest feedback and communication skills empowered me to find people for her, and to want to be a better recruiter for my client. I'm so grateful that I was able to find not only one, but TWO people who happily accepted a wonderful opportunity to work there at your hospital.

I love what I do as a recruiter, but the best part of my job is sending great people to incredible organizations that foster growth, empowerment, and employee engagement that ultimately turns into patient satisfaction. That's why I choose to put you as a client as a priority: we work hardest for those we would personally want to work for.

Your Director was even so kind to make a recommendation to her peers on my behalf. Below is what she said:

This made my day. You are so exceptionally lucky to have such a wonderful Director...and because of this partnership, I will always be vigilant in any search I am given for your organization. Reputations are made on the backs of hard work, integrity and kindness, and for that I appreciate you.

Thank you again for letting me partner with you, and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day. I look forward to our continued partnership.

Warm Regards,

Krista Whiting
