Multiple Award Winning Humanitarian & Youth Leader |M.PHIL., Human Rights, Peace & Conflicts Studies|
Dear Hon. Kwame Asare Obeng,
I write to you not just as a brother, friend, and ardent supporter of your vision, but as someone who has believed in your leadership and commitment to the people of Gomoa Central from day one. Congratulations on your well-deserved victory! Your massive win is a testament to the trust and hope the electorate has placed in you to lead our constituency into an era of unparalleled development.
Reflecting on this journey, I am reminded of the unwavering support and strategies we collectively resolved upon to ensure your victory. From blog posts advocating for your vision to the tireless campaign efforts, it has been an honor to stand by your side and champion the transformative agenda you represent. Your dedication to the development of Gomoa Central has been evident throughout this journey, and the people’s overwhelming support must never be taken for granted.
Your meetings with key stakeholders, especially the teachers at Pomadze Asebu Basic School, where you outlined your promises and plans for the education sector, were pivotal moments of connection and trust-building. These commitments, coupled with your monumental projects such as the free Starlink Wi-Fi initiative at Pomadze, the road at Dahum, borehole water projects across various communities, and advancements in health and education, exemplify your unwavering focus on development.
As you transition into your role in Parliament, I trust that you will be a strong advocate for tangible road and infrastructure development, ensuring that our constituency has the critical facilities necessary for socio-economic progress. Enhanced provision of teaching and learning materials is essential to empower our teachers and students with the tools they need to succeed, while job creation and employment opportunities for the youth will secure a brighter future for many families. Leveraging the constituency’s agricultural potential to promote agribusiness development can create wealth and sustainability for our people, and strengthening partnerships with chiefs and elders will foster community development and unity. Health infrastructure must continue to be expanded to ensure access to quality healthcare, and STEM (STEAM) development should be prioritized to position Gomoa Central as a hub for science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics to prepare our youth for the future.
As an independent Member of Parliament, I pray and advise that you should be strategic with your alignment to do business with any of the political groups, ensuring that your decisions best serve the general interest and development of Gomoa Central Constituency and its people. Elections are over! It is now time to rebuild and bring everyone on board to ensure peace and tranquillity in the constituency. This, I humbly request, is essential to achieving absolute peace and continuity.
Your unwavering support for the 'Wony3 Busy' team that stood by you during this campaign must remain steadfast, as their dedication mirrors the collective determination that brought us to this victory.

Above all, I urge you to remain grounded. Power can be a double-edged sword, and as you ascend, let humility and focus guide your actions. Remember, there is a bigger vision—leading Ghana as President in 2032. This dream must be nurtured with caution, strategic foresight, and service. Your decision to start as an MP was a calculated move to learn and leverage the workings of Parliament. Stay true to this vision, and never lose sight of the ultimate goal.
Know that you can always count on my support to champion development and progress for the people of Gomoa Central. Together, we can transform our constituency and set an example for the rest of Ghana.
With warm regards and unwavering support,
Amb. HENRY OSABUTEY
