An open letter to Greg Pattinson, CEO of Foodbank SA & NT

Dear Greg,

In February of this year, I sent you a handwritten letter to express my gratitude to you and your team for the amazing job you do to feed people stuck in difficult situations.

I also requested that your organization refrain from sending me any paper letters because, in the 21st century, using paper is not a sustainable way to encourage volunteers.

Additionally, I highlighted a more critical issue: banks advise people not to share their credit card details with anyone, yet your NGO still uses outdated methods by asking people to share their credit card information on paper!

And yet, last week, I found another letter from you in my mailbox!

I've decided to find a better organization to support—one that uses donations more effectively rather than spending on printing and mailing letters.
