I hope you enjoyed the holidays and were able to spend time with your friends and family. It’s great to see our success in 2022, not only for the entire year but especially in our 4th quarter with our best sales bookings in Netrix history! I loved seeing the teams working together, closing deals, onboarding new customers, continuing to advance existing projects, and quickly resolving our customer support tickets. Thank you for making the extra effort to win new business and turn customers into evangelists!
We are successfully delivering on our mission to be our customer’s strategic technical advisors, and we are at a time when clients need our help the most. Whether we are helping lock down and manage cybersecurity risks, moving or optimizing cloud workloads, modernizing application and collaboration tools, or helping run their everyday IT needs, Netrix Global is the right partner to help our clients succeed.
Looking back at 2022 and looking forward to 2023, I am reminded of the short book Who Moved My Cheese by Spencer Johnson (which I highly recommend). In summary, change happens – we can either expect it, learn from it, and enjoy it, or let it weigh on us, slow us down, and ruin our days.
?It is inspiring to see everything we accomplished in 2022. We completed the integration of our three previous acquisitions, acquired and integrated two additional companies, brought in a new CEO (I’m excited to be here), executives, managers, and employees (over 300 new employees globally). We had over 250 new Managed Services engagements and resolved over?585K tickets with an average?CSAT score of 90.47%.?Our Security Operations Center (SOC) analyzed over two million log events. Our Professional Services team completed over 2,000 projects, including Microsoft workshops and security assessments. We had a 73% win rate with an average deal size of $219k whenever we performed our App Dev Springboard process. We closed our most significant Cloud Managed Services deal in history to help one of our customers optimize their AWS workloads. Combining the strengths of our integrated companies, we rolled out our new mission, vision, and values and our new Netrix Global brand. We also implemented eight new systems and enhanced five others, CRM, ERP, ITSM, and data warehouse, to streamline our business processes and IT systems to support our rapid growth. Truly amazing!
