Dear Mr. Sabourin,
Thank you for your acknowledgment of my correspondence regarding CJC File 24-0467.

It is crucial to note that these outcomes cannot differ based on the same records submitted to the Canadian Judicial Council. Following are the links to published articles. ?

Comprehensive Judgment of the New Virtual International Court of Justice ( please see Hyperlink)
Supreme Court Complicit in Fraud and Abuse of Power: A Judicial Failure ( please see Hyperlink)
Our latest articles examines the New Virtual International Court of Justice's (NVICJ) virtual judgment in Hirji v. The Owners Strata Plan VR 44. While this judgment is virtual, it accurately reflects potential real-world outcomes, highlighting severe judicial misconduct within the Canadian judiciary. It openly challenges the Supreme Court of Canada, other domestic courts as well as all 44 members of the Canadian Judicial Council to refute the judgment based on the facts and the declared void ab initio orders recorded in court records. This case underscores the NVICJ's critical role in addressing judicial failures and ensuring justice where traditional courts have not succeeded.
I strongly urge the executive officers to take note of the facts published in these articles and ensure that all 44 members of the Canadian Judicial Council are informed of the potential litigation that could arise if the CJC fails to carry out its constitutionally mandated duties under the Judges Act.
It is imperative that the Council acts with the utmost diligence and integrity to address these issues and uphold the principles of justice and fairness.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Best regards,
Mohd Ali Hirji

In conclusion, the pursuit of void orders by the Supreme Court of Canada, without proper justification and in the face of fraudulent practices, is a severe abuse of judicial power. It is imperative that our legal institutions, law enforcement agencies, and academic communities address these issues head-on. The integrity of our justice system and the principles of fairness and rule of law are at stake.
