An Open Letter to Avertra's Family, Customers, and Partners

Over the past few weeks, a lot has changed in the world in which we work and live.  The global Covid-19 pandemic is affecting all of our families, businesses, communities, and our way of life. Our clients are trying to figure out how to operate in a remote state while still providing superior services to customers that need assistance during this critical period.

While everything else seems to be changing we want our partners, customers, and Avertra family members to know that you can count on us in every way that matters in our "new normal." 

Avertra continues to operate business as usual:

  • Our global workforce is already conditioned to work in an agile "remote" model to support our projects, demonstrations, and proposals. 
  • Our commitment to local economies (USA, Jordan, India) doesn't change as we continue to hire, up-skill, and expand our Avertra family. 
  • Our commitment to pursue and bid on critical operational improvement projects that will further support and augment utilities' remote workforce while enabling SLA consistency continues.
  • Our commitment to the health of our team - for any team members that experience symptoms, we are committed to cover the costs of testing as some of our overseas insurance providers are not covering these expenses. 
  • Our commitment to the mental health of our team - we have deployed models to enable each Avertra team member to not feel isolated at home.
  • Our commitment to always deliver on time, on budget, and with the quality that our partners and customers have always been accustomed to. 

Those who know Avertra know that we drive our teams to always solve the hardest problems. During these types of unpredictable situations, Avertra chooses to turn challenges into opportunities. In the next weeks and months, you will see creative technology solutions from our teams to support your new remote workforce, augment your staff that needs to spend time with loved ones, and aid your customers that have been economically impacted by COVID-19.
