The Purpose of this Message

Who are You?

A start-up or early stage business looking to work with a coach/mentor that can offer insights from a few decades of hard core experience on how to accelerate your business while at the same time identifying and mitigating inhibitors and resistance to inform a pragmatic strategy through a common vision, team alignment, roles and responsibilities, deliverables, and mission-driven outcomes.

Who am I?

My early career background was in electronic engineering systems, for example working ?with the DoD as a Program Director at Combat Systems Engineering Division (NAVY) followed by 30+ years working in both the public and private sectors as a Business Architect in Big 5 Management Consulting environments, AI/ML, cyber security, Vendor verification and Supply Chain optimization, enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, Organizational Change Management, Leadership Assessment and Development, competency-based talent acquisition, strategic workforce optimization, professional services and product positioning, disruptive marketing automation, KPIs and Balanced Scorecards, CRM optimization, raising capital, and working to successfully integrate and align strategy, technology, business, and people with a target audience and ideal customers.

To get an initial sense of wellness of fit, let’s exchange an email or two and then schedule a 30 minute call.?If it then looks like there is productive alignment we can take next steps to frame up a relationship – for serious enquiries, experience tells me this early qualification process typically only takes 1 – 2 weeks.

For the integrity of the relationship and intended outcomes, I am interested in a commitment of 6 months or longer, because it usually takes that long to understand and prioritize the challenges and opportunities, put in place effective initiatives /remedies, and then to measure the outcomes and value they produce to inform next-level strategy.?
