Monika Schulze ??

As the world of continues to evolve at a rapid pace, innovation continues to become both a top priority and a top challenge. For most companies, innovation is handled behind closed doors in a secluded part of the company that only a few have access to.
Open innovation allows for the integration of customers, employees and partners in the innovation process.
When you bring your entire network into your innovation circle, you have access to the diverse knowledge and experience of the people who know your business best.
Open innovation aims to improve the organization ability to innovate new ideas for products and solutions through ideas presented by - for example - consumers to achieve market success. The ideas which are gathered and evaluated during the research stage can help the company to reduce the innovation risk, costs and time.
