Open House in Gloucester this Sunday!

It is Open House Extravaganza in the Hampton Roads this weekend! There will be hundreds of Open Houses all over Virginia. If you'd like a comprehensive list of what all will be available this weekend, let me know! Some will be featured in the local newspapers, some online, some on zillow, but I have compiled them all in one document. Ask me about it.

Anyhow, this house is absolutely gorgeous! So much value! It has been lovingly maintained and it shows like a model home. Located in Carter's Cove, off Hickory Fork Rd in Gloucester, this home is centrally located for a quick commute to Hampton, Newport News & Williamsburg.

Carter's Cove is a wonderful, well established neighborhood. HOA is voluntary, and the dues are $40 a month and covers use of pool, tennis court, club house and basketball court.
