Overview:
Open House is the university’s annual event held before the administration of the scholarship exam. This year the Open House will fall on 26th August 2017, while the scholarship exam is taking place on 2nd September 2017.
Objectives:
- To reach out to and inform at least 500 high school students and parents about Zaman University’s scholarships, learning environment, and fields of study offered for the academic year 2017-2018
Agenda:
8:00 – 8:30: Arrival of students, parents, and guests
8:30 – 10:00: Info sharing session
- Admission requirements,
- Scholarship Exam,
- About Studying at Zaman University (Presented by students from each department, specifying the learning environment, extracurricular activities, other supports, etc.)
- Questions and Answer
10:00 – 10:30: Campus Tour – divide into groups of 20 students
