“The Brexiteer, MP from Newton Abbott in Devon since 2010, said later the racist language was ‘unintentional’ and apologized ‘unreservedly’. But prime minister Theresa May said; ‘I was shocked to hear of these remarks, which are completely unacceptable.
‘I immediately asked the chief whip to suspend the party whip. Language like this has absolutely no place in politics or in today’s society.”.

Would you please email a formal complaint form, and provide the name of the staff member given the first name Emily, as well as proof of I.D. Please view camera footage of the incident that commenced at approximately 9:10 pm, and concluded at about 9:30 pm, June 23, 2017; "Emily" is the person wearing a purple top. The girl wearing a black outfit, including black hoodie, (I was informed she's a staff member also), at close to 9:30 pm can be seen preparing to fling a spoonful of her slushy at me; she was dissuaded at the last moment from doing by "Emily".
The incident began by my saying to "Emily"; "Are you the person that gave me soiled bedding the last time I was here?" She did not respond to my question. The crowd of people you see in the camera footage then came to her defence, they threatened me repeatedly, as well as hurled one defamatory remark after another at me. This is a case of the defence mechanism "projection"; this occurs when a person's unconscious mind cannot accept something.
According to the notice inside Open House; clients are not allowed to collect in groups, and the penalty for doing so is being barred.
Please response within two days.

I am concerned about the manner a very serious incident is being treated by Glenn Stubbs. He gives the impression it is a game to present only the illusion it is being investigated; my name is not Dr., (no, first name, or initial included), Schindler.
I would like to report also his conduct with me in his office. He declared that I was "rude" with staff, and, clients, previously. I counted this remark by stating that the staff lied to me about shelters being available in London. He did not apologize, or offer an explanation, as to why I was deceived. I didn't mention that when I returned to Open House after my visit to the Jobcentre Plus in Plymouth last year, (they are engaged in Benefits Fraud), that I was cut off from all services at Open House, (no explanation was given). It was only after I protested that my Human Rights were being violated, that I was, reluctantly, given bedding, (food, refreshments, clothing, and the opportunity to have a shower, was still denied). "Emily", I believe, was the person who then handed me bedding; shortly after I discovered they were covered with faeces, and urine. I returned to Open House, and threw the soiled sheets, and blanket, over the gate. When I returned the following evening to pick up bedding I was told by "Emily"; throwing the bedding over the gate was "rude", and that was why, (this was the justification, rationalization, intellectualism, given), I was no longer entitled to bedding. She seemed pleased with herself while stating this; the smile on her face was eerie; beyond creepy.
I would like to point out also that the showers at Open House use very hot water, which is most inappropriate on hot days - as we're had recently on several occasions, and I asked for a bottle of water in the evening on several occasions, but was given a used bottle every time that hadn't been cleaned properly; (I could taste the residue of the drink it was once filled with) - most of the clients at Open House have persistent drug problems, and saliva is one way hepatitis B, and C, can be spread.
I would like to note also that Glenn Stubbs' remark that I was "rude" to clients is most peculiar; I rarely had access to Open House previously, and I made a point of avoiding them due to their openly criminal lifestyles; on numerous occasions, however, I was harassed, and threatened, by clients when I was trying to sleep.
So far, from my experience, many members of your staff do the opposite of what Open House advertises in its "VISION STATEMENT"; they create the problems they are supposed to remedy.

homelessness,
unemployment,
loneliness,
discrimination,
or other forms of social exclusion.
Our support is available to anyone in need.

I have now had opportunity to review the points you raised in your earlier communication and would like to give you my feedback on the following points:
· All staff here now wear purple workwear so you may be assured that anyone not wearing this clothing is not a member of staff.
· From my review of the footage of the time frame that you reference, I cannot see anyone preparing to “fling a spoonful of slushy.”
· I can see that a group of people gather at gate at the time that you were there. This group was disbanded, in accordance with the notice you refer to, when a second member of staff arrived and enabled this to happen. At this point you were provided with your belongings.
· I cannot definitively prove from the footage any incident of threats or defamatory remarks.
With the above in mind, I can find no action that requires further investigation or action on my part.
Should you be unhappy with the outcome of my investigation, then you have the right to appeal it in writing to the Director – Charlie Arratoon – within seven days from today.

Please note that Glenn Stubbs till hasn't addressed the numerous concerns detailed within my June 27, 2017 email. I should bring it to your attention also that despite being careful of always placing my bedding on a clean surface, on every occasion I picked my bedding up in the evening I noticed an increasing number of stains on my futon, and the bag my pillow was in would always have a slit down one side; I took the pillow case off as a measure to avoid germs, and dirt.
I expect a response the issues noted within two days.

On June 27, 2017, I addressed my COMPLAINT to YOU due to Glenn Stubbs merely presenting the illusion he was "formally" dealing with the issues I presented, regardless, he responded by using a fake name once again, Dr. N. Schindler. I have since wondered why my COMPLAINT has not been dealt with.
Under the guise of needing a "Proof of Address" letter to renew my Crawley library card, I requested to see the appropriate member of staff. Michelle, the front desk receptionist, told me that would be one of the "Advising Team", however, Glenn, would like to speak to me about "access" first. I asked if I could get a cup of coffee? She replied; "No, first you need to see Glenn". Moments later Glenn invited me into his office, and asked how I was doing? I was cordial, and polite, and, thus, gave him information about my current circumstance, only to discover his concern for my welfare extended as far as not allowing me access to Open House. I asked for a reason, but he was reluctant to give one, instead, he insisted that since he'd asked me to leave, I was trespassing. Glenn Stubbs doesn't seem to be aware that Open House, as its name, and "creed", indicate, is open to the public, and as such, it is not someone's "personal" property; one cannot be denied access without just cause, otherwise it is considered DISCRIMINATION. One reason he gave, following my insistence that I would like a reason was; he was concerned about his safety. I stated that is a case of "projection" once again. He then said that due to the matter being "unresolved", and I had taken it to a higher level, you, he had the right to deny me access, which, happens to expose the truth as to why he did not formally investigate my COMPLAINT; in order to deny me access to Open House, and the services available within.
I have been informed that you'll be returning from your vacation tomorrow, and I'm very pleased that I've uncovered the motive behind Glenn Stubbs actions.

Welcome back for your holiday; a vacation from what, I might ask?
I hope you have the opportunity to read, and reflect on, this email, prior to formally responding to my COMPLAINT.
I would like to tell you about the first time I was thrown out, denied services, at a shelter due to filing a "complaint". The incident occurred at an Armee du Salut, in Quebec City; address; 14 C?te du Palais, Ville de Québec, QC G1R 4H8, Canada. When I stayed there, back in 2011, it consisted of a small dorm situated on the ground floor, and private rooms on the upper floors; the reception desk was close to the entrance on the ground floor. Homeless people stayed here, as well as those who wished to enter a treatment programme due to “addictions”; they were required to spend at least two weeks in the ground floor dorm, before being assigned a private room. Room, and board, for those in the "program", was paid by Social Services; (a bed on the ground floor dorm, on the other hand, cost seven dollars a day at that time; meals were not included).
One evening I went to my bed on the ground floor, and shortly after overheard peculiar sounds coming from the bathroom nearby. I got up to investigate, and discovered a man brushing his teeth, while rubbing, in a rhythmic, methodical, manner, a towel on the counter top. I asked if he was O.K? but he didn’t respond. I next went to the receptionist’s area, and asked the young female behind the desk if she could check up on the man because I thought he might be in some sort of distress. She told me she remembered giving him a towel for a shower fifteen minutes earlier, and she’d knock on the bathroom door in a couple of minutes to see if he was all alright. I was under the impression the matter was being handled by a staff member, so I went back to bed, and quickly fell asleep, but awoke approximately 45 minutes later; I heard growling noises coming from the bathroom. With haste, I jumped out of my bed, and scampered over to the bathroom. When I opened the door a sight worthy of the worst nightmare imaginably greeted my eyes; the man I saw previously was brushing his teeth, and blood was gushing from his mouth. I ran to receptionist’s desk, and told the female I spoke with earlier about what I just saw; to my shock, and dismay, she seemed indifferent, and said; "I knew he’d been in there for about an hour." I replied; "You didn't suspect something might be amiss?" She gave a blank stare in response. "Call for an ambulance!" I told her. "I can't; the supervisor isn't here." She replied. I managed to alert two staff members on the second floor about the situation, who came down to the first floor receptionist area, but it was only after numerous requests that one of them, finally, decided to call an ambulance; only once the paramedics arrived did I leave the scene.
I was in such a state of distress, I walked the streets of the "Old City" for hours, till practically dawn, to help ease my mind. When I arrived back at the shelter, close to six in the morning, I requested a form so I could make a formal complaint to the supervisor about the conduct of the receptionist; completing the form, however, in no way rectified the situation. What happened next? As soon as I returned to the shelter early in the evening the same day the supervisor told me I no longer had a bed, and I could no longer enter the building; except to empty my locker so I could take my belongings with me.
Little was I aware at the time, but I had not only just uncovered the true objective of Shelters in Canada, (as well as Shelters, and Day/Referral Centres, in all "Consumer Countries"), I’d also exposed the nature of Evil. The staff in Shelters, and Day/Referral Centres, do everything they can to make sure those seeking their help are unable to incorporate themselves back into society; the opposite of what they claim they do. I’d also unveiled the nature of Evil; It pretends to be humane so people believe; have faith, in It; so they perceive It as having their best interests in mind. The truth is that Evil wants you to believe what It says, so you follow its advice which can; it always does; lead to your ruin. The most common schemes exercised to make sure this tactic succeeds is by; 1) as best as possible, making sure It's potential victim is unable to inform himself whether what he is told is true or not; this is the reason why mentally challenged people are exploited in "consumer societies", and; 2) by making sure, to the fullest extent possible, a person targeted to be a victim is unable to access any resource able to keep himself informed; it won’t come as a surprise to you that I’ve been denied library services, (internet access as well), on more than a few occasions while on my travels in recent years.
I asked Glenn Stubbs if he would discuss the issues I brought to light in my COMPLAINT, he replied; "My conscience is clear"; I'm not certain what that means. I said; "You should be troubled when you create distress for other people, but I can see you're not; by the dilation of your pupils; your complexion; body language, as well as your manner of speech. He replied; "That's your opinion", again, I can't say what his point was, or even if he had a point. I replied; "That’s not just my opinion; it's physics. If you are comfortable doing the things you do, you have broken the laws that govern the universe, and as a consequence, lost the facilities of free will and free choice. You will never change; you have a “God Complex”.
He did mention prior to my leaving his office that I could return to the Open House gate past 9 pm, and receive food, and something to drink. It didn’t surprise me in the slightest that at 9:10 pm, I discovered this was a lie; (please view camera footage) - taking a person’s life is a game to “consumers”.
I young female approached the gate, and told me I was “barred” from all services. I had to wait approximately ten minutes for her to confirm this, which, for all intents and purposes, means I’d been given a “Death Sentence"; (she had a smile on her face, and fiddled with an ear ring, when she informed me she was complicit in the act of signing my “Death Warrant"). I told her, Adolf Eichmann would be proud of her. She gave no indication she had any comprehension as to why I mentioned this notorious Nazi mass murdered. During time I stood outside the gate, a number of your "clients" felt the need to defend the actions of the staff at Open House, and make disparaging remarks about my character. They reminded me of the, so called, "Capos", in the Nazi concentration camps; they were the Jews who helped the Nazis persecute other Jews while they were confined in concentration camps - they always knew, however, that although they worked with the Nazis against their fellow Jews they would one day die in a gas chamber.
The state of affairs in Shelters, and Day/Referral Centres in “Consumer Countries” today is that the addicts; transients; who work with members of staff believe they’ve been excused from the same sentence they execute upon others; I know, and I'm sure you’re aware, that enabling, facilitating, addictions, as a reward for “helping out”, leads to their early demise.
The Director of Crawley Open House, Charlie Arratton, did not investigate my COMPLAINT.
There are three reasons why no formal records of complaints are made;
1) There can be no formal record of anyone whose I.D. has been stolen; (his I.D. signifies his life, and he is, thus, taken off life support; denied all basic services).
2) Not producing a formal record of a complaint protects the victimizers from prosecution in a judicial court, (the complaint can be used as evidence).
3) Not producing a formal record enables the possibility of additional unsuspecting victims to fall into their trap.
