OPEN DOORS OF OPPORTUNITIES.

FOUNDATION SCRIPTURE:

"'I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut.'"

HOLY SPIRIT, HAVE YOUR WAY.

In the book of Revelation, the risen and glorified Christ addresses the Church in Philadelphia, commending them for their faithfulness and endurance. Despite their small size and seemingly limited resources, Christ declares that He has set before them an open door - a remarkable promise of opportunities and divine favor.

This open door serves as a powerful reminder that our God is The God of possibilities, not limitations. Even when we feel weak, insignificant, or overwhelmed by the challenges we face, the Lord is able to open pathways and unlock doors that no one can shut. His sovereign plan is greater than any obstacle or opposition we may encounter.

As we meditate on this promise, we are invited to reflect on the open doors that God has already placed before us. Perhaps it is a opportunity to share the Gospel with a co-worker, to serve in a new ministry, or to step out in faith and pursue a God-given dream. Whatever the case may be, the LORD is calling us to walk through these open doors with a spirit of courage, confident that He will go before us and equip us for the journey.

We must look forward to the new doors that the LORD is opening in our lives. These may come in unexpected ways or at inconvenient times, but they are divine invitations to expand our vision, deepen our faith, and embrace the greater purposes of God. By keeping our eyes fixed on Him, we will be able to discern these opportunities and respond with obedience and trust.

Remember, the open doors set before us are not merely for our own benefit, but for the advancement of God's Kingdom and the blessing of those around us. As we walk through them, we have the privilege of being vessels of His grace, love, and redemptive power. Our steps of faith, will become pathways for others to encounter the transformative love of Christ.

So let us hold fast to the promise of the open door, and boldly step forward, knowing that the LORD is with us and will empower us to accomplish all that He has called us to do. Amen.
