1.1 Requester: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Office Tirana, Rr. Asim Zeneli Nd. 6/10, Tirana, Albania

Subject: The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is looking for a potential subcontractor to develop a Detailed design on energy efficiency in educational public buildings in Shkodra, Albania.

1.2?The aim of this service is to develop a detailed design study on energy efficiency for three public schools to provide recommendations, technical specifications, and an implementation plan to enhance energy efficiency, considering financial, technical, and environmental aspects.

1.3?Eligibility: Participation is open to all legal persons which are effectively established in Albania.

Eligible to apply:

·?Companies with annual turnover of at least 50.000 EUR in the last three years

·?Companies that have at least five contracts with reference amount at least 50.000 EUR of the same type (three of which in Albania/ The Balkans)

·?Companies that have an average nr of 5 employees in the last three years

·?Companies with at least 5 reference projects in the technical field of energy efficiency, energy audit, detail design.

·?Companies with at least 3 reference projects in Albania/Balkans in the last three years

·?Companies that have technical expertise in these areas:

§?Project management

§?Energy Efficiency

§?Energy Audit

§?Sustainable design

§?Regional Experience and/or Albania

§?Experience in development projects, at least ODA financed 50%
