while back i was present to one of the largest costly blunder. 4000 ton kelsy hayes s t amping press. at first hour of work day went well.huge 101 wheel trailer carrying the bed of jumbo size freight truckinge wheel' the general idea clear a path to 

pit, locate on footprint already painted on area. huge cubes of ice filled pit there was about 1 clearance to ceiling.

floor was poured under frost conditon.,,,my surevisor was fired
