Oops, Google Disabled The Cloud

The faceless cloud is not so great. When you are subject to a machine you have no one to call. If you can't pick up a phone and call an expert that has direct access to your business critical infrastructure and data, you are taking a risk. I'm not an opponent of cloud, but very cautious of the monolithic clouds.
