Introduction
Superintelligence?as a global AI model and master algorithm and supercomputing AI networks that can virtually solve any complex problems together with collective human intelligence is the most sought-after general-purpose technology.
The largest technology firms are investing a truly vast amount on the superintelligence R & D, including Alphabet's DeepMind, Microsoft's OpenAI, Meta Platforms AI supercomputers or Huawei's Intelligent World 2030. The big idea is, coupled with the computing speed advantage of AI, it will play a critical role in the future leading the development of the world. The singularity moment when AI possesses a comprehensive world model with self-learning and programming ability means the era of super-AI dominating the world will be upon us.
Today humanity is facing an increasing number of global risks and threats and immense changes in complex systems that impact the climate, public health, geopolitics, or the supply chain. As an example, the Global Risks Report 2022 examines risks across five categories: economic, environmental, geopolitical, societal, and technological.
It is summarized that societal and environmental risks have worsened the most since the start of the pandemic, with “social cohesion erosion” and “livelihood crises” taking the top spots. Other risks identified as having worsened significantly are “debt crises”, “cybersecurity failures”, “digital inequality” and “backlash against science”.
As?the five risks seen as the most concerning threats to the world in the next two years, it is missed geopolitical and technological risks—including “geoeconomic confrontations”, “geopolitical resource contestation” and “cybersecurity failure”.
Superintelligence, as deployed, would enable best predictions and solutions about global threats, risks and challenges like natural disasters, supply chains or geopolitical conflict, and come up with optimal strategies to solve them.
That’s why there is a global AI race among corporations and governments around superintelligence.
As a result, there are a big number of weak AI systems, codes, algorithms, bots, models and applications developed as narrowly specialized superintelligent algorithms much exceeding any specialized human intelligence in special tasks, as algorithmic trading, strategic games, self-driving, objects/face/speech recognition, language translation, etc.
We designed the superintelligence as the man-machine meta- or hyper- or transdisciplinary intelligence, traded as the real superintelligence (RSI), to be deployed as the Meta-AI or Trans-AI Platform of Narrow, General and Superhuman AIs.
Some key results and findings have been recently published in the article Trans-AI: How to Build True AI or Real Machine Intelligence and Learning.
Out discovery is well in line with Tesla CEO E. Musk's prediction that by 2025 we are gonna to have the RSI prototype.
Transdisciplinary R & D as the way to Superintelligent Man-Machine Technology
The OECD Global Science Forum called the global scientific community to apply transdisciplinary research (TDR), which involves the integration of knowledge from different science disciplines and (non-academic) stakeholder communities, to help address complex societal challenges.?It is as those embedded in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which solutions cannot to be generated based solely on disciplinary research but require a paradigm shift in research practice.
TDR can address complex problems beyond the reach of traditional science. It is a mode of research that involves the creation of new knowledge and theory. Given the scale and urgency of the human-environmental system challenges that society is currently facing, there is a strong argument that TDR needs to be scaled up very considerably and become a mainstream modus operandi for research.
Finding a unified theory of the world, as underlying a theory of everything, TOE, dubbed as final theory,?ultimate theory,?unified field theory?or?master theory, is the major?problem in the transdisciplinary science, engineering and philosophy.?

The STOE serves as "a standardised analytical framework to explore the key variables and determinants of successful trans-disciplinary research".?

There are a number of causal theories aiming to unify general relativity and quantum mechanics into a ToE, as Causal Sets, causal fermion systems or causal dynamical triangulation.?
Over the past few centuries, two theoretical frameworks most closely resemble a theory of everything, general relativity and quantum mechanics upon which all modern physics rests.?
A physical TOE as a theoretical framework revealing a deeper underlying reality, unifying gravity with the QM interactions, electromagnetic, weak and strong, is to integrate the realms of general relativity and quantum mechanics into a whole system. We are at the edge of colossal changes. This is a critical moment of historical choice and opportunity. It could be the best 5 years ahead of us that we have ever had in human history or one of the worst, because we have all the power, technology and knowledge to create the most fundamental general-purpose technology (GPT), which could completely upend the whole human history.
The most important GPTs were fire, the wheel, language, writing, the printing press, the steam engine, electric power, information and telecommunications technology, all to be topped by real artificial intelligence technology. Our study refers to Why and How the Real Machine Intelligence or True AI or Real Superintelligence (RSI) could be designed and developed, deployed and distributed in the next 5 years. The whole idea of RSI took about three decades in three phases.
The first conceptual model of Trans-AI was published in 1989. It covered all possible physical phenomena, effects and processes.
The more extended model of Real AI was developed in 1999. A complete theory of superintelligence, with its reality model, global knowledge base, NL programing language, and master algorithm, was presented in 2008.
The RSI project has been finally completed in 2020, with some key findings and discoveries being published on the EU AI Alliance/Futurium site in 20+ articles.
The RSI features a unifying World Metamodel (Global Ontology), with a General Intelligence Framework (Master Algorithm), Standard Data Type Hierarchy, NL Programming Language, to effectively interact with the world by intelligent processing of its data, from the web data to the real-world data.
The RSA/Meta-AI/Trans-AI is supposed to be a a global AI model and the master algorithm with a deep and comprehensive understanding of how reality and things in it work, organizing the world’s data/information/knowledge in programmable ways.
The RSI master algorithm is conceptually powerful to solve any class of problems of any complexity, while capable to apply special algorithms for performing calculation, data processing, automated reasoning, machine learning or other specific tasks.

The RSI as the Unifying Platform for I-World Projects
Being a member of EU AI Alliance, the author has proposed the Man-Machine RSI Platform as a key part of Transnational EU-Russia Project. Shape a smart and sustainable future, the Trans-AI paradigm is the way to an inclusive, instrumented, interconnected and intelligent world, or I-World.
We live in the post-truth world of fake news, misinformation, disinformation, massive fraud, lies and hybrid wars. Such a world is badly unsustainable and doomed to be perished unless totally transformed, socially, politically, economically and technologically.
We need a new reality, more resilient and flexible, more intelligent and inclusive, more equal and just, more sustainable and smarter, relying on human-friendly superpowerful AI agents and devices, algorithms and models, networks, systems and platforms.

However, that was before quantum mechanics and chaos theory taught us that calculating the future state for complex physical systems is fundamentally impossible.
