They are taking advantage of people's weaknesses as they will not complain and will continue to work for them even without getting paid. People who work there are frustrated. They ask everyone to sign a contract for working for them for 2 years and if you leave them, you have to pay $25,000 (twenty five thousand dollars) but they can fire you anytime even if they do not have any project and they will not compensate you for anything.?
