Onsite@ CA :: Verification Engineer - High Priority - Only W2 Candidates

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a?Verification Engineer?to join their team. As a Verification Engineer, you will be part of the Electrical Engineering department supporting the FPGA design used in high-end router products. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Electrical Engineering, 7-8 years of pure verification experience in ASIC/FPGAs, and proficiency in SystemVerilog with clear OOP concepts.

What's the Job?

• Own verification of entire FPGA design used in high-end router products
• Understand the design specification and interact with design engineers to identify verification scenarios
• Create test plan, constrained-random verification environment, test cases, regressions, and coverage reports
• Identify and write all types of coverage measures for stimulus and corner-cases
• Verify IP integrations, strategies, corner cases, and slow speed interfaces like I2C, SPI, MDIO etc.

What's Needed?

• Strong academic background in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor's required, Master's preferred)
• 7+?years of pure verification experience in ASIC/FPGAs
• Proficient in SystemVerilog with clear OOP concepts
• Experience developing object-oriented testbench infrastructure, BFMs, test cases in UVM
• Ability to independently develop test plans, test sequences, generate stimuli, and collaborate with RTL designers to debug failures
