The Only Trend That Matters...

As a former Fashion Executive, I followed trends my entire life.

I was trained to track what's on its way in and what's on it's way out.

Now, as a Life & LinkedIn Business Strategist, living in the digital on-line space, not much has changed.

The world is dominated by trends,

If you haven't noticed, the Kardashians are making being super thin "in".

You can roll your eyes but this illustrates exactly what I mean.

This weekend, I went to a Law of Attraction Workshop where we explored the conversation of "what's trending".

I created some cliff notes for you!

Here is the great news...

You are trending.

You always have been and always will be so pay attention to what you are thinking about the most. That is exactly what you are attracting.

Your life is a living manifestation of your most dominant thoughts.

When you want something that feels out of reach, think about something that feels like easy in your body, without any constriction.

Let's take an example.

If it feels "heavy" or burdensome to add 3 additional Clients a month, creating more impact & earning more money, then thinking these thoughts will keep you stuck.

Don't do this.

Trying switching to how it feels to spend the money you earn. How would you invest it? Where will go and what you will do? How does it feel to shift the emphasis to it already being done and allowing yourself to be in the joy of it all.

Check in and see how that feels in your body. Does this feel light?

It doesn't mean there aren't things to get done.

It means that you take the heat off the fire of worry and anticipating most of the things that will never come to pass and put your energy into where you are headed.

Speculation is a kill-joy and a serious waste of time.

Keep yourself, your thoughts and your focus in the direction of the outcome you want and you will be wildly surprised at how your results will amplify.
