When players hear the name “Mascot Gaming”, the first thing that comes to mind might be a company that creates eye-catching top-notch games. While that is indeed true, there is more to Mascot Gaming.

We have expressed our unconditional love for animals many times, and shown our care for animal welfare. Pets are more than just animals that live with us; they become our closest companions and members of our families. They bring joy and love into our lives, making our homes happier and more lively places to be. It is no wonder that pets have been considered man's best friend for centuries. For some people, pets are not just companions, but also indispensable helpers. Service dogs, for example, are trained to assist people with disabilities, and they can perform a wide range of tasks that help their owners navigate daily life with greater ease. Emotional support animals are another type of pet that provides important assistance to people with mental health issues.

Each pet serves as a mascot to their human in one way or another.?

At Mascot Gaming, we believe that our mutual love for animals helped to bond our team. We participate in various animal charities and visit shelters to help raise awareness of animal welfare issues. Additionally, we created a line of pet merch that was a blast at the latest Sigma Malta event in November 2022.?

But something that inspired us to write this article is happening behind the scene. The company has a general group chat where employees can engage in off-duty discussions. Everything seems smooth and calm until someone shares a picture of their pet, and suddenly the conversation will turn into an hour-long discussion about all things pets, while the company’s working activity paralyzed completely. We have more than 70 employees in the group chat, and sometimes it’s even hard to track the messages. Everyone gets involved and shares pictures and stories about their pets.

This might seem like a trivial thing, but we believe it speaks volumes about the company's work culture. We personally find it adorable.?
