Only a team could do this...

If ever there was proof of the need for a team effort it is the way in SoftwareOne we have been progressing our expertise and consulting ability with Microsoft's Copilot for M365, how you expand and extend it, and also the wider group of Copilots which Microsoft have introduced in the last 12 months.

Working with a product which is very dynamically changing, in terms of capabilities and accessibility, and keeping up with the changing needs Microsoft have of us as partners, is actually a huge amount of effort behind the scenes. Having a global product team who can bring the muscle to this effort has been huge, but also having access to a thriving and responsive community of practice is equally powerful at keeping on top of the needs of our many and varied customers.??

In our community call, with nearly 400 people today, I learned how Microsoft have reverted to continue to provide a free capability within Viva Insights to allow the tracking of key usage and adoption metrics for companies piloting Microsoft 365 Copilot. Previously customers would have had to purchase a premium Viva license for this capability, and this information is pure gold for the clients we are helping with pilot readiness right now.?

Something which surprised me, although it makes sense when I consider we were one of just 5 Microsoft partners on the inside track with Copilot late last year, is that we are now globally the largest seller of the "Envision" level of Copilot advisory, which introduces any customer to the possibilities of Copilot for M365, as well as assessing their readiness and helping them map out where and how it would add the greatest business value.? It is a privilege to be introducing Microsoft's AI safely and responsibly into the workplace of so many of our customers, and I'm looking forward to seeing how many different ideas customers come up with in the rest of 2024 for its use. Kind of reminds me of the first year of the iPad...?
