The only performance enhancing drug you need

Today is the 16th day of July. The 16th day of our 31 days of July challenge where we learn a new skill or new lesson each day for a better life!

This whole series is about having a better life and much of that is measured in performance.

How we perform at work.

How we perform at home.

How we perform with relationships.

How we perform with every aspect of our lives.

There are numerous jobs and careers that focus entirely on increasing your performance and even drugs designed for the same reason.

However, we know that no fancy performance enhancing anything will work to increase our output without the proper fundamentals in check.

It just so happens, that the most important and best performance enhancing system on the planet is a good night's sleep.

So learn how to sleep well!

We spend nearly 1/3rd of our lives sleeping, so make it count!

Do you wake up feeling groggy?

Do you feel like you're not ready to take on the day ahead?

Start with the basics.

Do you need a new pillow?

Do your sheets hold too much heat?

Do you sleep too little each night?

Do you plan your sleep in 90 minute REM cycles?

By answering those fundamental questions or maybe going out and spending a few dollars to solve a pillow or sheets issue just might be the best thing you'll ever do.

I can say with certainty, a new set of sheets and a solid pillow is one of the best things I have ever spent my money on!

Once the fundamentals are in check, and you're still not there, maybe you're getting a poor night's sleep because there's something on your mind!

Grab a time on my calendar below and we'll talk through your financial goals and build a plan to make sure you can get up each day well rested!
