Pandemic has changed so much of our lives, in a good and bad way.
However, it's very intriguing to see how @andrewwalsh and the team have came up with the Cure Concept Patio Deli at Catfish, a gem nestle in a corner of Gemmill Lane. (near Club Street if you wonder where it is.)
The menu is displayed on the blackboard standing on the lush green boxes. A vintage bicycle casually leaning against the table, just like a mailman in 18th century left his bicycle at one side to grab a quick bite. There you go, 'pick and run'!
I don't know about you, by just looking at the whole set up, is like I'm back at the Borough Market in London. Not to mention how the jars of bacon butter, croissant, sour dough, sausage rolls, shepherd's pies, Irish beef & Guinness pies, apple crumbles and so on lying next to each other on the table, calling out to me, "take me home, put me in the oven, heat me up, and put on your gloves and take me out of the oven!"
A total time travel experience!
And of course, how could we miss out wine ?? when it comes to traditional Irish and European Cuisine? Don't forget to pick some cellar wines that carefully picked by the sommelier.
