"The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today." - Franklin D. Roosevelt
I hope you've been paying attention to your thoughts and the habits they create, as mentioned in yesterday's article. Share your experiences with me at [email protected].
Have you ever noticed how believing in yourself and thinking, "YOU CAN" do anything can create a positive atmosphere around you, more powerful than just your intelligence? Try it and let me know.
We often talk about setbacks, but why do we focus on them so much? Why don't we take the time to see the benefits, learnings, and opportunities they bring? Remember, setbacks are equivalent to benefits and opportunities.
In addition, setbacks or challenges are just a way to sharpen your vision.
You have probably heard the saying, "See the cup as half full, not half empty." It is all about how we perceive things, which is just a thought. Remember, "ENERGY FOLLOWS THOUGHTS." Train your mind this way: think positive, attract positive; think negative, attract negative. It's up to you, what you want to attract.
Remember that you have the power to choose your response to any situation in life. When you focus on finding the positive in every circumstance, your life will improve. And that’s a fair way to look at the power of the mind.
Success in life, whether material or spiritual, starts with the thoughts you feed your mind every second of every minute of every day. There is no such thing as 'failure'; there are only experiences that can be seen as opportunities or simply as learning moments.
Keep this in mind always: "Your external world reflects your internal world." Just take a look around!
Thoughts! Thoughts! Thoughts!
By managing the thoughts you have and how you react to life's events, you start to control your destiny. Control, in this context, means having the courage to find the unseen benefit in difficult situations. It means training your mind to see, speak, and think in a brighter and more positive way.
Have a restful night!
