“The Only Job You should Only Have”

The Industrial age have come and gone. You see many population are finding themselves they are behind bills and not able to compete. Today, I was at Ohio touring multi-family properties, I had a conservation with my property manager, who is also a landlord like me but also property manager running over 400 units of apartments for himself and others.

Wages Lagging, Living Conditions are getting worst

We talked about how today salary is lagging behind, and nowadays people are suffering … really suffering and not able to make ends meet.

Their living conditions is getting worst. You can buy less and less property with your income and salary compared with 30 years ago. My property managers told me he is seeing 2 or 3 generations cramp into single apartment when they apply for our apartments.

While we are talking, we are eating at this really really nice restaurant. In the old times, it used to be the very rich and were members only. I was probably the only one Chinese here today, I was almost the youngest ! I am 38 years old. This restaurant situated at the wealthiest neighborhood of Oakwood in Dayton, Ohio. That is such a irony, because I see BMWs, and Tesla in the parking lots. The rich vs the mass - the struggling...

Now, why millions are suffering, and only maybe less than 1% according to statistics are enjoying their life and achieving the success we all wanted.

These very rich and poor exists in our society are making me think.

How we treat this thing ...we called life

The very high chance that the very one chance that we were only given to show up in here. I read article of Dr. Ali Binazir, the chance of us being born in this earth is:

1 in 10 2,685,000— yes, that's a 10 followed by 2,685,000 zeroes.

Well … let’s call it zero or it is a miracle.

Why we are not treasure the life we have? Even though we are basically given our life for miracle.

Why most of us say we want a happy life, but only a very very small percent of us really achieve it. Earl Nightingale my mentor explain this very well 61 years ago. We have not figure this out 60 years after he recorded “The Strangest Secret” .. The best ever recording.

Because it is free. We did not pay for it.

• When was last time you say you love your wife? You promised her you love her the entire life when you asked her dad to be with you at wedding.
• When was last time you given time and truly mean it you want to spend some time with your kid? (not checking on Facebook or watching Netflix)
• Do you know how many times they look at you and waiting for you to say “I love you son, or daughter”
• When was the last time you pay for your brain, well you don’t.
• Your brain, your health, your body, your very intelligent mind are free.

You have it since you are born. And hence you don’t care.
