When we apply "only data" thinking to our lives, we are "walking at the level of our fully embodied Souls". We are living in Non-Duality. It's not good, it's not bad, it just is.

F. Scott Fitzgerald once said, “The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposed ideas in mind at the same time and retain the ability to still function.”

In the book “Women Who Run with the Wolves”, author Clarissa Pinkola Estes brings up the subject of sisterhood. She takes the reader back in time to a little village in Spain where the women rise before the sun or their families. They walk to a little Catholic church, chattering all the way… letting each other know what was going well in their lives and not so well. In other words, they emptied themselves of self. This calmed their Egos. Once they arrived at the chapel, they were ready to receive what God had for them.

When we take the time to connect with other women, we become ready to listen to ourselves.

This is part of the inspiration of friendship. It’s about being witnessed, which is about being seen and heard. In other words, it’s the best antidepressant on the planet and we are lacking in it today.
