The Only Correct Way To Recruit
When it comes to recruitment, this is the ONLY way one should ideally follow:
An informal discussion.
Have no idea how and why a hierarchy gets set up between the interviewer and the interviewee.
The applicant needs to grow his career, Company needs to grow its own. Simple. As I've maintained before--it has to be looked upon as a symbiotic relationship.
Applicant invests his time and skills, and for that the Company invests its money into the applicant. It's a pure play give and take to enhance each others' professional goals. There should ideally be no powerplay here.
