The Only Certainty

You don't need to know that much. You don't need to even do that much. I'd even argue that sometimes knowing too much can hurt your outcomes because it takes your paralysis analyses to whole new levels of uncertainty and indecision. Uncertainty is baked into the cake, it's literally the only certainty we have as humans - and the end is always near.
We have to do better at, sometimes, just doing nothing. We don't always have to be in the absolute right place at the absolute right time. We overthink and it adds to stress so we think some more and the stress and concern just compounds and that all stacks up - and any time there are areas of worry, industries rise to take away those concerns, for a fee of course.
There are so many rules to follow, hacks and guides and alphabet soup government programs - there are far too many decisions to make. But we need to take our financial situations seriously, it impacts everything we do, and everything we are able to do.
Spending money we don't have is the easiest, surest, and quickest way to take away our own freedom - it's a form of theft...against ourselves. Sometimes we have to borrow, that's normal and healthy; but if it can't be paid back (and credit cards are meant to be paid off immediately) it is a signal that there are some other tough decisions and tough conversations to be had. Those are no fun but the band aid needs to be pulled off for the wound to heal. It doesn't magically get better.

The challenge is the sheer amount of messages we see, especially in our feeds. Explicit and implicit. Be careful out there; there are so many sources of information. Choose who and what curates what you see carefully.
We all have to build up a don't give a shit attitude when it comes to how other people live. We all need to focus on the best ways to live our own lives, impacting those around us as role models based on our behavior. The more we do that, the more we have a fortress around the actions we take, the framework we view the world with, a rubric to follow, the way we communicate our mission, reflect on what really matters, protect ourselves from risk and vulnerabilities.
Secure the bag.
