***The Only 3 Things That Matter...What I've learned since making my first online course sale 18 months ago today!!***

When I first started on this entrepreneurial journey...


...I didn't know I wanted to help course creators build sales presentations for their programs.


I just knew I didn't want to work for anyone else... ?????


That feeling came after my experience of being a door-to-door salesman.


I was good but I hated it. ??


Just because you can make money at something, doesn't mean it's the right thing to do.


??The money will always follow passion.


The last thing I heard from my manager was, "Adam, whatever else you do, you'll always take a pay cut!"


That made me so mad. Why? Because I knew he was right.??


I left the door-to-door industry and tried to start selling while completely forgetting what I learned selling door-to-door.


??The industry will change, but the elements of persuasion never do.


I started taking lessons from the door-to-door industry and applying them not just selling 1-1 but selling 1-many. From there, I made my first online course sale - $497.


No dollar I've made since then has ever felt better than that first $497 sale. ??


Success didn't come all at once. It came little by little, the more I learned.


The more I learned, the more success I had...until I was spending more time learning than I was taking action.


??Learning is easier than actually doing something.


but I felt like I couldn't take action until I knew enough...


...so I felt crippled with my own inadequacy. ??


Until one of the greatest days next to my first online course sale.??


In 90 minutes, one presentation made me more money than I made in the summer.


I proved him wrong and it felt so good!


Since then, people have been asking how I did it.


So, I took a small group of people through one of my latest presentation programs.


With my help, several of my students have been able to make over $10,000 per presentation...


The more often they present, the more they get paid.


Simple as that.


The biggest roadblock has been...


...how can they block out the noise and focus on what actually matters?


Revenue-generating activities.


Here is my philosophy.


If you agree, we'll get along pretty nicely.


The first one is counterintuitive, but it's the foundation.


?Your Daily Rituals - it's those things you do every day whether or not you feel like it or not.


It's those daily practices that happen to keep you balanced, centered and clear.


One thing I've added recently is meditation.


Sam Ovens went from $1M/yr to $20M/yr...


...after he stopped drinking alcohol and started meditating every day.


It's weird at first but you get used to it.


?Make offers - How many offers do you make every day?


Offers to get on a phone call, like how many times did you say here is what I'm offering and here is the price last week?


I said it 4 times. Sounds like I need to make more offers.


?Close deals. - Nothing matters until you make a sale.


You don't have a business until you make a sale.


Did you make a sale for your program today? Yes! I have a business today.


What about tomorrow?


Will you have a business tomorrow?


If you aren't a business owner, you're just jobless.


Sorry... Last Saturday, I was jobless. Today, I'm not.


??Whatever else you're doing that isn't one of these three things is a distraction from the success you desire in business.


Remember, focus on the things that will move the needle.


Daily Rituals. Making Offers. Closing Deals. Never give up. ??
