Only 22% Do This Correctly

Only 22% Do This Correctly

Scaling your business, whether it’s local, national, or even global, can seem like the ultimate goal.

But the reality is that only 22% (roughly) of businesses scale correctly. And of the businesses that try to scale, over half fail because they’re unprepared for the operational complexities that come with growth.

One of the biggest issues? Process breakdowns. Scaling brings more people, locations, and moving parts. Without solid systems, things start to slip... communication decreases, customer experience suffers, and team efficiency takes a nosedive.

Businesses that don’t update their processes as they scale are 2x more likely to experience operational delays and bottlenecks.

Another common challenge is maintaining quality. Growth often comes at the expense of consistency.

Around 50-70% (the numbers ranged as I did some digging along the industries) of businesses that scale rapidly lose the personal touch and quality control that once made them successful.

A lack of clear documentation, untrained new hires, and unmanaged workloads can lead to unhappy customers and burnout among your team.

That’s where I come in as a business process consultant. I help you not only grow but grow sustainably. By creating systems that scale with you—whether you’re opening a second location, expanding nationwide, or going global—I ensure your business stays efficient, organized, and ready for what’s next.

Want to scale successfully? Start with the right processes.
