This December, I'll be hosting a workshop on JMeter scripting and load generation!

We can all agree that JMeter is not the only tool for scripting performance tests, but it’s certainly a great starting point for those looking to venture into the world of performance testing. JMeter is one of the most popular and widely used tools in the market.

This workshop will provide a solid introduction to JMeter scripting and load generation. This workshop is tailored for beginners who are looking to take their first steps into the world of performance testing.

What you’ll learn:

• How to start scripting with JMeter. (Recording, Parameterization, Correlation, Controllers, Basic Listeners, Timers, etc...)
• Leveraging cloud-based tools for load generation.
• Practicing with a real web application.

Before the workshop begins, I’ll be happy to assist you in downloading and setting up JMeter on your PC or Mac so you’re ready to dive in and start using it that day!

This beginner-focused workshop is structured to ensure clarity and hands-on practice. It’s so straightforward that I’ve already “enrolled” my first student—Lola, my dog!
