An Online University for Professional,Functional,Industrial Training for Business-Need of Today
Need of Today-An E commerce web portal for an Industrial Training more like an online university where you will have all the experts on board including the retired professionals from Manager and above. The portal will be based on Functional Area/Industry/Region etc.
As an example for an area of Telecom Finance in Uganda will be mapped as:
Finance/ Telecom Finance/ Project Accounting/ Turnkey Solutions/ Africa/Uganda.
Other functions will follow the same mapping trend
The people who wish to get trained online will tag the instructor and book time for trainings
An initial team of skilled professionals will be selected as selective members. This team will approve the request of instructors who are interested in being placed on the portal for training.
After the training the each session will be closed by a rating, based on this the trainer will be ranked. This ranking will be his bench mark for next training. People will choose him for training with his ranking.
The low performer will be warned by the discerning members and he will be removed from the portal after few failures.
